Finish the job.
Get paid. Show it off.

Two photos. The proof, the invoice and the payment link are done before you put the truck in gear.

Free for a month, no card. Then $49 a month. You can see the whole thing working before you make an account.

A finished TradeProof ad: a stained driveway and the same driveway cleaned, with the business name, the job and the phone number printed on it.
A real job, and the file the app made from it. Two photographs went in; this came out ready to post, with the name, the job and the number already on it.Nobody designed it. The logo top left is his, not ours. Upload it once and our name comes off every graphic you make after that, for as long as you are subscribed.

Two photos

Before you start, and after you finish. The app burns the time and the town into the corner of each photo as you add it, so your customer can see the record was made on the job and not typed up afterwards.

02

The ad makes itself

A 1080×1080 before/after with your business name and number on it, and the caption written for you to copy. Share it to Facebook from the driveway, while the work is still fresh.

And they pay

The same two photos are the invoice. Your customer taps the text, sees the work, and pays the amount you wrote — no app to install, no fee added. The money lands in your bank.

Your money never comes near us

Your customer pays you directly — your Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or your own card processor. It goes from them to your account. We take no cut of a job, not a percent, not ever, and we could not hold your money if we wanted to.

I am the one who kept forgetting the before photo.

I run a landscaping business in Kansas City. Every job ended the same way. Load the trailer, tell myself I’d do the invoices at home, then actually get home. Dinner, kids, done.

I was paying every month for software that didn’t care. It had a calendar, a customer database and a reporting dashboard. What it didn’t have was the paperwork finished before I left the driveway. So I built that.

The longer version — what was actually wrong, and what the alternatives cost.

“The invoices waited until Sunday. The photos never happened at all.”
The reason this exists, and the two things it set out to delete.

If the work looks different when you leave, this is for you

None of it is about grass. Two photographs, a price, and a text. The trade only decides what the pictures are of.

Pressure washing, Gutters, Roofing, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Water heaters, Fencing, Decks, Concrete, Junk removal, Window cleaning, House cleaning, Mobile detailing, Tree work, Handyman and landscaping.

Painting — Indoors, no season, no weather.
A finished ad for Rivera & Sons Landscape: the same front bed photographed before and after, each stamped with its time and town.
Landscaping — One morning, one front bed.

Real jobs, from contractors who let us use their photographs. Two phone snaps each; the app added the rest. Business names are stand-ins. The work isn’t.

What your customer gets

A text. They tap it, see the work, and pay. No app, no account, no added fee. Pick your trade. The job changes, nothing else does.

The text they get

Hi Dana, thanks for your business — Rivera & Sons. Here are the before and after photos plus your invoice: tradeproofapp.com/i/8f2a

Sent from your own phone, from your own number.

No reply to chase, no “did you get my invoice”, and no app you have to talk them through installing. They already know how to open a text.

Three real jobs from three working contractors, used with permission. The photographs are theirs; the stamps, the layout and the invoice are what the app did with them.

The second time you go back, it already knows

You never build a customer list. Type a phone number and the history is there, because it was made out of jobs you already did.

Last time fills itself in

Type the phone number on a new job and the name, the address, what the work was and what it cost come back from the last one — into the fields you have not filled in yourself.

It says when a price has not moved

Quote the same work for the same customer at the same figure as a year ago and it tells you, while the price is still a box you can type in. Raising it is the conversation nobody has, so it quietly becomes a pay cut.

The next visit books itself

Mark a job weekly, every two weeks or monthly and texting the invoice puts the next one on the schedule. One ahead, never a year of them: a calendar full of visits nobody agreed to is worse than an empty one.

However big the job, we take none of it

Your customer pays you directly — your Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or your own card processor. The money goes from them to your account and never passes through anything we own, so there is no size of job at which we start taking a cut. There is nothing for us to take it from.

The jobWe take
$185.00 — A driveway wash$0.00
$900.00 — A water heater$0.00
$2,400.00 — A panel upgrade$0.00
$6,000.00 — A service change$0.00

Do not buy the parts yourself

An estimate can ask for a deposit to book the work, and the balance when it is done. Paying the deposit accepts the quote, so you are not chasing a signature and a check separately.

The fee is never yours to explain

Nothing is added to your customer’s total and we take no cut of it. Not a percent, not ever. What you wrote on the estimate is what they pay.

Licensed work is licensed work: TradeProof records what you photographed and when. It doesn’t check or vouch for anybody’s license, and never says it does.

$49/month

Everything, after a free month. No card to start.

What it costs to get paid

And your work gets a page of its own

Every job you finish can go on a permanent page at your own address. You pick which. Send it with a quote instead of saying “fifteen years in the trade”. Nobody buys their way up it: no advertising, no paid placement, no outbidding you with a bigger budget and worse work.

Every figure on it is worked out from jobs that were paid for. None of it is a review, and he cannot type one.

What a homeowner sees

A contractor's public work page: Rivera & Sons Landscape, 10 jobs finished and paid for, the towns he works in, his number, and a before and after of a gutter clear-out with the date and place printed on each photograph

Looking for someone to do work on your house?

Hire on what they finished, not what they wrote about themselves.

The directory is being built and nobody is listed yet. When it opens you will say what needs doing in your own words and see before-and-after photographs of work a real customer paid for. Nothing on the page will ever be for sale, and nobody is handed your number.

Finish a job today. See what comes out.

A month of everything, no card, nothing to cancel. Or look at a real job first — the demo needs no account.
